Ragin Milo | Director of Product Services

Ragin spearheads the Product Services group, responsible for all aspects of product, user experience and quality. The group is comprised of the product managers, product owners, product owner peers, user experience and quality assurance disciplines at Axispoint.

In addition to her managerial responsibilities, Ragin is an excellent verbal and written communicator, and a skilled product owner and business analyst excelling in understanding complex business domains and envisioning solutions that meet core business needs. She partners closely with stakeholders and is an expert in managing project scope and risks, and negotiating trade-offs with technical architects and business sponsors to ensure solutions meets business needs while being time and cost effective.

James Greene | Lead UX/UI Designer

James Greene is the Lead UX/UI Designer at Axispoint. He brings over 10 years of interaction design, front end development and user experience architecture experience. He previously led product development teams in the healthcare software industry, creating and sustaining innovative products such as Electronic Medical Record, and Mental Health Assessment software.

James’ interests in UX/UI design grew organically out of his love of being a creative and a technical evangelist, and his passion for providing an all encompassing experience for users all over the world.
